The integration of water purification and on-demand dialysate production enables Tablo to serve as a dialysis clinic on wheels, with 2-way wireless data transmission and a proprietary data analytics platform powering a new holistic approach to dialysis care.**Position Overview**:The Salesforce Data Analyst is responsible for the building, maintenance, interpretation, and presentation of sales data within Salesforce, as well as the distribution of Salesforce data to other locations as needed. In this role, you will be responsible for taking input and guidance on tools that need to be created within Salesforce and execute with a high level of detail, including sales pipeline and quota/performance. This role works directly with the Sales team, while supporting Marketing and Finance as needed.**Responsibilities/Functions**:- Compile and analyze data over time to forecast sales trends- Communicate with management team regularly- Review past sales data to determine trends in productivity- Prepare accurate reports using data from internal and external sources- Evaluate and integrate third-party data to bolster analytics solutions- Present actionable information and insights to team members and management- Gather and analyze data to understand problems and address them proactively- Collaborate with team members and build partnerships across the organization- Compensation data extraction and analysis monthly- Data ownership, analysis, and interpretation in Excel, AWS, Salesforce, and other tools- Commission plan maintenance- Presentation development and delivery (PowerPoint skills a must)**Required Qualifications**- Bachelor's degree in computer science, data science, accounting, or finance.- 3+ years of experience in similar roles.- Strong knowledge of word processing, PowerPoint, Excel, database management, and SQL/Python.- Must have experience building reports, dashboards, and analytics from Salesforce.- Advanced problem-solving and analysis skills.- Superior oral and written English communication skills.- High level of organization and detail-orientation.- Strong work ethic and willingness to take initiative.- Good attitude toward teamwork, as well as the ability to work independently.- Demonstrated ability to multitask and prioritize / excellent time management.**Desired Qualifications**- AWS QuickSight experience.- Salesforce Certification.Privacy is important to us.
