**Video Production Specialist (Beauty Direction)**(The purpose of this role is to facilitate collaborations with local models for cost-effective accumulation and distribution of localized content, while achieving full localization in video creation and social media operations.)- 2 open positions.Work Location: On-site**Salary**: $15,000 - $20,000 MXN per month**About the Role**:1. **End-to-End Video Production**- Handle daily shooting and editing, proficient in using various filming tools.- Participate in short video script planning and provide creative shot suggestions.- Assist in managing TikTok accounts, including but not limited to account operations and video posting.2. **Content & Trend Management**- Efficiently shoot original footage and build a categorized content library for the Shenzhen team’s editing and secondary creation.- Monitor global beauty trends and compile trending topics for creative reference.3. **Creative Content Development**- Analyze trending videos from competitor accounts to refine video creation strategies.- Design new content formats based on trends to enhance video virality.4. **Other Tasks**- Respond promptly to urgent shooting/editing requests.**Requirements**:✔ Proficiency in editing tools like CapCut or others, with basic filming skills and a passion for short videos.✔ Knowledge of beauty trends and strong internet sensibility.✔ Ability to replicate trending content while innovating, with copywriting that resonates with audiences.✔ (Proficiency in English, Chinese is a plus.)What We Offer:- Competitive salary of $15,000 - $20,000 MXN/month.- Creative and collaborative work environment.- Opportunity to contribute to high-impact digital campaigns.Pay: $15,000.00 - $20,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
