Develop and manage warehouse operations to effectively control the receipt, storage, picking and dispatch of products, systems, and services to customers.**This position reports to**:Procurement & Logistics Manager**Your responsibilities**:- Proposes and manages the annual warehouse budget.- Manages the warehouse staff activities to optimize resources and determines actions to cost issues as necessary.- Continuously improves warehouse operations through the use of lean practices.- Plans and optimizes warehouse utilization and inventory.- Plans and monitors the storage, delivery, and dispatch of orders and keeps stock control systems up to date.- Ensures that Group and local health, safety, and environmental guidelines and directives are implemented and understood to ensure safety of people and resources.- Ensures (with HR Manager support) that the area of responsibility is properly organized, staffed, skilled and directed.- Guides, motivates, and develops direct and indirect subordinates within HR policies.**Your background**:- A Bachelor´s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Administration, or related field.- Experience working in Supply chain.- Knowledge of SAP and Excel.- 6 years of Logistic/Warehouse area experience.- Advanced English level.**More about us**:
