**Job Title**Bi Operations Specialist**Position Purpose**Provide support for the Store Operations department as well as Process Improvement area. Provide information and assist Regional managers in regional performance updates. Provide reports based on General Ledger information. Analyze business trends, opportunities and recommend potential solutions. Develop yearly physical inventory schedules and shrink targets. Maintenance of existing reports and design layouts and data structure of new reports as needed for business performance.**Primary Accountabilities**- Design layouts and data structure of new reports as needed for business performance.- Maintenance of existing reports (minor and major changes in the layout and logic, data flow redesign, enhancements, forms, etc.)- Adhoc reporting for senior members of management requests and provide information and assist regional managers in regional performance updates.- Automate and optimize recurrent reports for stores and Operations team (Stored Procedures, CRON Jobs)**Education & Experience**Level of Formal Education: A Bachelor's degree (BA, BS) or equivalent.Area of Study: Computer Science, Business ManagementYears of Experience: Two to three years.Type of Experience: A knowledge of an accounting system and computing SystemsSpecial Certifications or Technical Skills: Business process analysis, continuous improvement, programming skills and understanding of database structures: SQL, SAS, Big Query; Excel, VBA. English required.Other/Preferred: Good Communication Skills (Spanish and English). The ability to work with and contribute to a team. Ability to merge prior knowledge with new information to build new knowledge. Lateral thinking
