With around 37,500 employees at over 125 locations, the Company is active worldwide and generated adjusted sales of € 8.1 billion on a preliminary basis in the fiscal year 2023.**YOUR TASKS****Objective**:Participation in the development and approval of special production processes and technologies as well as executing the definition of specification requirements for the process specific production equipment.- **A Process Technology**1 Participate in the development of special production processes and technologies taking the marketdevelopment into account and check new and existing processes and technologies for their suitability andapplicability as set by Hella specific constrains and legal requirements2 Qualification of approved processes for new products3 Executing or supporting the definition of specifications for process specific production equipment4 Supporting the supplier selection for process specific production equipment5 Support set up of the process specific production equipment together with the involved partners6 Determination and documentation of the process parameters and limits7 Process approval considering the requested process capabilities and further quality and productivitycriteria8 Release and change of process parameters in accordance with the Hella network regulations9 Monitoring of the specific processes in the running production as well as suggestions and implementation of improvements with the target to improve the process capability and to reach the relevant KPIs10 Executing the analysis of process failures / faulty parts as well introduction of improvements11 Support the creation of process specific (standard) PFMEAs in cooperation with the production technologyexperts of other plants12 Training of the process users and support training of worldwide production technology experts inaccordance with their needs13 Support or realization of basic investigations for new processes14 Support DfM reviews to evaluate new product designs regarding all packaging technologies- **B Projecting**1 Participate in project teams for any kind of product / product family related cost improvements**YOUR QUALIFICATIONS**- More than 2 up to 3 years in similar roles for SMT lines- Concluded Engineering in Electronics, Mechatronics or related fields- Knowledge and experience with SPI, AOIs, PARMI, Paste Printers, Reflow Ovens, Laser Marking Systems- Intermediate-Advanced English- Problem-Solving & Analytical Thinking; Communication & Collaboration; Attention to Detail; & Continuous Improvement Mindset**OUR OFFER**- Great career development opportunities.- Working in an international environment.- Granted profit sharing bonus.- Pension plan.- Saving fund and saving bank.- Christmas Bonus.- Grocery vouchers- And more**HELLA Automotive Mexico S.A. de C.V.**Alejandra LopezPhone:
