Company Description“We’re not in the shipping business; we’re in the information business” -Peter Rose, Expeditors FounderGlobal supply chain management is what we do, but at the heart of Expeditors you will find professionalism, leadership, and a friendly environment, all of which foster an innovative, customer service-based approach to logistics.- 18,000 trained professionals- 250+ locations worldwide- Fortune 500- Globally unified systems**Job Description**:Mediante el desarrollo de trabajo en equipo con operaciones, customer service y supervisor asegurarse que cotizar de manera eficiente y en los tiempos previstos para incrementar las posibilidades de asignación del embarque por parte del cliente, ofreciendo en todo momento un excelente servicio al cliente, transmitiéndole a su vez la capacidad de la empresa para ofrecer la mejor solución a cualquier problema y manteniendo una clara y certera comunicación acerca del proceso y estado de sus embarques.**Qualifications**:- 6 meses - 1 año de experiência- Conocimiento básico de documentación para transporte aéreo- Habilidades para relacionarse interpersonalmente tanto con compañeros como con clientes y proveedores- Habilidades organizacionales- Conocimientos de computación- Inglés intermedio/avanzadoAdditional Information- Identificar embarques nuevos enviados por sistema.- Seguimiento y status de embarques en tránsito para clientes varios.- Envío de reportes a clientes varios.- Facturación clientes varios.- Solicitar aprobación para embarques nuevos.- Coordinar y dar seguimiento a embarques clientes varios con oficinas EI.- Apoyo a Operaciones HP para el sellado y entrega de unidades.- Solicitud de extensiones de crédito para embarques excedidos.- Solicitud de aprobaciones de crédito y liberación de embarques para clientes sin crédito.- Revalidación de documentos a clientes varios que no manejen reporte.- Ingresar cargos propios a los embarques que factura el departamento de aduanas.- Solicitud de unidades a DCS.- Participar en el rol de guardias para operación de fines de semana y días festivos.- Elaboración y seguimiento de PNC y formal claims.
