Overview:This position reports to: Patricia FernándezRecruiter: Zulema RiveraSite: Las FuentesTHE ROLE:The Specialist, Workfoce Planning will work closely with our Resource Managers and Regional partners collaborating in resource planning, headcount management, and strategic allocation of resources to projects by generating hours reports and data analysis. This role will be responsible for driving efficiency while maintaining a workload balance within project management and creative teams by providing daily, monthly, quarterly, and yearly hours forecast based on data insights to optimize the organization’s daily operations therefore ensuring successful project delivery and streamlined processes.With the assistance of the Traffic Specialist, GBS and the region will have the necessary information to plan resources according to bandwidth, balance the workload and or request additional headcount if needed. Their responsibilities will include collaborating with the Regional Program Manager, Resource Managers and other analysts on daily monitoring to extract information, create reports based on the findings, oversee key performance indicators and forecast resource needs to ensure business initiatives success. They will also collaborate with the Resource Managers to assign resources based on bandwidth and need.Job Qualifications:Skills:- Strong English for business (verbal & written)- Strong fluency with Excel formulas and functions- Strong analytical and data-gathering skills- Results-driven, fast learner, and able to work in a fast-paced environment- Ability to solve problems and address challenges to meet deadlines and optimize processes- Effective communication, negotiation, and conflict management skills for collaborating with team members and ensuring smooth processes- Strong attention to detail and a positive attitude- Strong organizational skills to monitor daily data and coordinate between departments- Strong analytical abilities to help monitor project status, resource utilization, and identify bottlenecks**Experience**:- 4+ years of processes improvement, working as a traffic analyst or Workfoce Planning, coordinator or specialist in an advertising agency or other relevant experience (ex. Business Intelligence)**Education**:- Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Finance or Industrial Engineer.PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:(Note: These are additional requirements BEYOND what is required to be considered for the role.)- Preferably: 3+ years’ experience in a sales & marketing environment- 2+ years working for a global or multi-national company.
