Descripción de la empresaRequisitos**JUNIOR CLIENT SERVICE ANALYST****ACERCA DEL EMPLEO**Retail Vertical necesita un Analista Junior que se encargar de la gestión y resolución de Cuestionamientos sobre la data de clientes, así como la mejora continua de nuestra data. Adicional a gestionar algunos reportes, data pulling y estandarización y automatización de nuestros entregables a clientes**RESPONSABILIDADES**Gestión y resolución de CI y CO (desde el lado comercial) Levantar cuestionamientos, preparar el caso y darle seguimientoAdministración de Portales (dar accesos Answers y C*X)Generación de data (Extracción y reportes sencillos), se buscará automatizaciónGeneración de Presentaciones estándar**ACERCA DE TI**Que le guste resolver problemas, analítico, con un excelente nível de comunicación, que de algo técnico pueda explicar de una manera siempre. Proactivo, autogestionado (seguimiento y resolución de problemas)**Requisitos**:Ingeniero Sistemas o Industriales, Ciencia (Actuaria, computación o matemáticas) de preferencia, pero también puede ser Negocios o Marketing.Ingles Intermedio (Excelente comprensión de lectura)Conocimientos de R o PhytonExcel avanzado - Tablas dinámicosResolución de problemasOrientado a resultados y capacidad para priorizar informaciónNegociación con diferentes áreasManejo y seguimientoComunicación (Trasladar cuestiones técnicas a algo ejecutivo simple)Información adicionalSAP POSITION REF14483N**About NielsenIQ**NielsenIQ is committed to hiring and retaining a diverse workforce.
