Regardless of your race, belief, sexual orientation, religion, or any other trait, YOU are welcome in all open positions at the largest healthcare company in the world.When You Join Johnson & Johnson, Your Move Could Mean Our Next Breakthrough.We are searching for the best talent for Time and Attendance Clerk Fixed term to be in Juarez, Mexico.**Purpose**:The time and attendance clerk fixed term is responsible for processing and comping leaves of absences for the business and maintains employee records in the time and attendance system.- Enter and review leaves of absence, time off, vacations, etc. within the time and attendance system.- Compiles punctuality and attendance information such as hours worked, leaves of absence, time off, vacation, etc. from time sheets and other records.- Generates audit reports related to leaves of absence, time off, vacations, etc.- Assists in leave reconciliations from the time and attendance system to the payroll system.- Prepares information entered for changes to employee records and makes corrections in the system.- Assists employees with routine leave and benefit related problems.- Ensures proper record keeping and filing of leave documents.- Carries out all responsibilities by complying with policies and procedures for payroll administration and processing.- Ensures compliance with Environmental Management System (EMS) responsibilities.**Qualifications**:- Bachelor’s degree is preferred and is required to be studying the professional career in administration or accountability.- 1 to 3 years of related experience is required in payroll.- Time and attendance process knowledge is preferred.- Third shift availability is required (Monday to Thursday 12:15am - 6:00am & Friday 12:15am - 12:00pm)
