Come join our team at MAHLE #StrongerTogether- The Logistics SAP Standards and Systems Analyst is responsible for the ongoing support of logistic Systems and template processes within the North America plants (inbound, warehousing, intralogistics, production planning and outbound activities).- Your Role & Responsibilities:- Together with your international colleagues you will be responsible for the planning, coordination & implementation of customer requirement projects including SAP solutions related to EDI requirements for incoming and outgoing messages, forms and labels.- You are responsible for the successful implementation of customer requirements in SAP regarding order processing, sending of ASN, forms and labels, receiving and sending EDI invoices and other types of messages.- Together with your IT colleague you will define the requirements for the EDI-Team and our external partner for solutions for ASN, forms and labels based on customer guidelines.- Within your team you will be responsible for the concept, implementation, and testing of customer end-to-end processes in SAP and also instruct and support our local key users as a second level support with the goal of lean and quick problem solving.- You will be the primary contact for customer requirement issues internally and externally comprising customer validation, internal trainings as well as documentation of all processes and projects.- To solve problems sustainably, you will also perform error analysis and create concepts for corresponding system optimizations.- Assist to improve our existing Knowledge Base.- Work independently in local and multinational teams.- You will participate and execute test cases during our global integration tests.- You are closely aligned with our S/4 HANA deployment teams to be able to support them required cases and to ensure knowledge transfer in both directions.Your Skills & Strengths:- Higher education in business informatics, business administration. the technical, commercial, or comparable fields (Logistics).- Fluency in English.- 5 years of experience in logistics processes preferred in the automotive industry.- Experience with SAP R/3 or S/4 primarily within the module SD (Sales an Distribution) and/or cross-functional processes.- Knowledge concerning special customer requirements within the automotive industry including understanding of different EDI and forms and label formats (e.g. VDA, ANSI, EDIFACT, ODETTE etc.).- Strong coordination skills.- Service and customer orientation: strong communication skills.- You bring resilience, team spirit, conceptual thinking, practical experience in support and a high degree of communication strength.- Independent, structured and solution-oriented way of working.- German and other languages are an advantage.- Willingness to business trips (< 10 % of worktime).**Do you have any questions?**Facts about the job**Entry level**:- Experienced hires**Part- / Full-time**:- Full Time**Functional area**:- Logistics**Location**:Monterrey, MX**Company**:MAHLE Shared Services Mexico S. de R.L. de C.V.Your future at MAHLEAs a team player and someone who thinks ahead, you can deploy all your skills with us.
