Tasks**KEY TARGETS**:**KPI Manager**: Give support to Operations Manager and Operations Team in creating, updating and following up all KPIs and main reports and push for action plans for constant improvements.**Project Manager**: Coordinate and support Supply Chain projects with efficiency and guarantee their implementation and expected results.**MAIN TASKS**:KPI Management- Creation, update and analysis of bottle necks and improvement opportunities together with the Supply Chain team in order to improve service level for internal and external customers.- Consolidation and cross checking of KPI's in the supply chain area in order to have a management overview of the whole supply chain performance.- Coordination of monthly KPI reviews with definition of action plans together with the supply chain (macro and micro analysis).Project Management- Project lead of supply chain projects in coordination with Supply Chain managers in order to achieve higher efficiency and solutions for the company, focused on service level and profitability for internal and external customers. Direct colaboration and teamwork of all stakeholders that the project requires.- Project support to all company projects that require supply chain inputs and/or work packages in order to get to expected results and analysis for the company, representing the Operations area and position. Considering compliance, transparency, profitability and service level improvement.- Consolidation of all status, risks and opportunities of all leading and supporting projects, respecting defined timelines and priorities.- Creation and frequent update of PROMPT and SPA forms for clear communication and reporting in the company.- Coordination of project meetings with project team, stakeholders and direct supervisor.Report- Creation of Strategic SC Reports based on Continental systems, such as SAP, Score and Markis.**Qualifications**:**Professional experience: 3 to 5 years + in**:- Analytics- ERP Module transactions (SAP is desirable)- MS Excel & Power BI- ERP or MES Technical knowledge- Project Management (experience leading project teams)- CBS Experience (highly desirable)- Bachelors Degree (desirable from the following fields: Business Management, Industrial Engineering, International Affairs, Supply Chain)- Advanced English levelAbout usContinental develops pioneering technologies and services for sustainable and connected mobility of people and their goods.
