We also serve small- to medium-sized enterprises by leveraging our comprehensive business portfolio and ready-to-deploy solutions.**Job Description**:- Fully understand company's products and develop customers in Mexico market.- Introduce product functions detail and DEMO to customer.- Manage all steps of the selling process and close new business and get PO/Revenue according to targets, objectives, and plans.- Provide configuration service to customer after customer onboard.- Work closely with technical product team to promote product, R&D, and data related stakeholders to ensure that the requirements are met with high quality.Requirement- College Degree with more than 5 years of sales-related experience, preferably in contact center, BPO or SaaS software.- Strong cross-cultural communication, interpersonal, customer service, and sales skills.- Strong problem solving skills and technical skills.- Sufficient knowledge and insights regarding the development of B2B communication sector, both locally and globally.- Bilingual English/Chinese (Mandarin) preferred.
