Our team is dedicated to creating exceptional customer experiences through innovative strategies and personalized communication.**Role Overview**:We’re seeking a motivated and results-driven Client Advisor to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on initiating meaningful conversations with potential clients and building strong relationships. As a Client Advisor, you will help guide sellers to optimize their listings and maximize success on our platform, using a data-driven, analytical approach. Success in this role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to jump on calls with customers, a strong understanding of watches, and the drive to meet and exceed targets.**Key Responsibilities**:- **Client Engagement**:Establish rapport with prospects and effectively communicate the value of our offerings.Overcome objections and schedule meetings or follow-ups for the sales team.- **Client Advisory & Support**:Act as a client advisor, developing and executing strategic sales approaches to help sellers optimize their listings and maximize their success.Provide excellent customer support by answering questions and guiding clients through the process.- **Database Management**:Maintain accurate records of interactions and lead status in our CRM (HubSpot, Grafana, Front).Update contact information and track outreach progress systematically.**Required Skills & Experience**:- Comfortable jumping on calls with customers, with the ability to engage and build rapport.- Previous experience in customer support and/or sales.- Strong knowledge of watches, either through passion or relevant work experience.- Data-driven, analytical thinker with a focus on achieving results and meeting objectives.- Strong organizational and time management skills.- Tech-savvy and quick to learn and adapt to new tools and techniques.- Proficiency with CRM tools such as HubSpot, Grafana, and Front.- Ability to work independently while being a collaborative team player.- Passionate about learning and growing within a fast-paced and results-driven environment.This role offers an exciting opportunity to grow your skills in a dynamic, fast-paced, and collaborative environment while contributing to the success of our organization.
