Yellow belt certification.- Proven experience of lean manufacturing tools use. Certification or classes.- Ability to perform basic manufacturing reports in English- Demonstrates methodic problem analysis and solving skills- Ability to create manufacturing instructions and establish basic process specifications based on standard work with mínimal guidance.- Normally receives no instruction on routine work, general instructions on new assignments- Works on assignments that are moderately complex in nature where judgement is required in resolving problems and making routine recommendations- Ability to interact with people from internal departments to make a group decision on process issues (Projects, PPMS, RCA, Etc.)
