Latin American country operations include Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Mexico, and Peru.About the role:**BI Analyst Intern** role is to support business analysis activities for the business intelligence projects and releases across International Operations subsidiaries (Mexico, Chile, Colombia and Brazil). These activities include business requirements research and documentation, enable communication between business users and development team, organization/support of UAT related activitiesWhat you need:- Bachelor degree in progress in IT or Business Areas- Ability to analyze information, self-driven and self-learning- Good communication skills written and verbal- English intermediate level required, advanced level is desirable- Experience with Cognos Report Studio, PowerBI or other end-user reporting tool.- Outstanding communication skills in both written and spoken format.What you will be doing:- Hold business requirements elicitation meetings, calls and research on business processes related to requirements.- Document business requirements related in deliverables such as BRD (Business Requirements Document), or PRS (Project Requirements Specification), and Traceability Matrix- Support UAT process through: UAT sessions scheduling between users and IT, follow up and review on defects and test completion report creation.What we offer:At GM Financial we want you to be the most authentic version of yourself.
