**In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be**:- Serve as the primary owner of the product transfer and facility startup, ensuring alignment with program objectives, timelines, and quality standards.- Handle the Mexico project budget, including capital and expense tracking, reporting, and adherence to financial targets.- Build and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and risk mitigation strategies using structured frameworks.- Partner with cross-functional teams, including manufacturing engineering, quality, supply chain, procurement, trade compliance, and EHS, to achieve program goals.- Act as a liaison between local teams and U.S.based counterparts to ensure flawless communication, alignment, and support.- Lead all planning, execution, and validation activities to ensure operational readiness while maintaining strict adherence to safety, compliance, and regulatory requirements.- Lead all aspects of equipment qualification, process validation, and startup activities to deliver high-quality products and efficient operations.- Identify, assess, and address project risks to ensure timely and successful completion.- Handle change control processes to address adjustments in scope or requirements while maintaining alignment with program objectives.- Provide regular updates to leadership and customers on project progress, financial performance, and key turning points.- Foster alignment, transparency, and engagement from all partners throughout the project lifecycle.**For This Role, You Will Need**:- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, manufacturing, operations management, or a related field.
