At PepsiCo we create a Space to be y( )u.**Join PepsiCo, dare to transform.****Responsibilities****Specification Management - Analyst (Measurement Science)****Main purpose****Your Impact**As The Specification Management - Analyst (Measurement Science) your scope will consist of:- Review Supplier Analytical methods and test results and ensure they comply with PEP requirements in SAP- Serve as point of contact with Specification Management team on measurement science discussions during supplier alignment process- Maintain and foster relationships with in-market R&D spec teams, other spec teams, and external suppliers- Review supplier questionnaire, collect Analytical method validation data specific documentation, and communicate with supplier to address any outstanding questions- Maintain and update existing specs to ensure compliance with Measurement Science Standards- Upload all paperwork (re. Supplier Specs) and materials qualifications into SAP Document Management and track workflow- Ensure all requests are processed, documented, and delivered within defined project timeline- Identify potential areas for process improvements to make recommendations to R&D Leadership for continuous improvement**Qualifications****Who Are We Looking For?**- Advanced understanding of Quality Assurance/ Measurement Science concepts and good working knowledge of analytical methods and parameters- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite- Collaborative skills and strong interest in working with others across time zones; Ability to build relationships and work closely with both internal and external partners- Good communication skills - oral and written (e.g. communication on telephone, external and internal to PepsiCo, managing with other support group functions, etc.)- Ability to manage time effectively across multiple priorities and projects requiring a high degree of organizational and communication skills to ensure requests are delivered in a timely manner- Exceptional data organizational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and accuracy- Self-motivated & demonstrated ability to take initiative on projects- Fluent in English and Spanish- Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Food Chemistry, Chemistry, or equivalent relevant experience requiredWe are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
