No Relocation Assistance Offered - Del.Miguel Hidalgo, Mexico City, Mexico**Purpose of the position and main responsibilities**- Identify and lead new technology initiatives and develop them into mid and long term innovation projects to address consumer needs in Home Care categories- Conduct in-depth research to illustrate the mechanism of action of technology leads and propose possibility for improvement- Develop test methods and demos to provide better support to current and new formula attributes- Support for ongoing efforts to develop predictive methodologies to accelerate stability tests- Provide support on formula fundamentals in Home Care categories- Analyze experimental data to extract technology information to improve and accelerate product design and development processes- Communicate with technical and business partners providing updates and addressing key concerns- Identify and lead collaboration effort with external partners/supplier- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals- Maintain detailed written records of experimental work and observations**Basic Requirements**- PhD or Master Degree in Chemistry Sciences (demonstrate good technical bases mainly in physical chemistry and interphases), with minimum 2 years of relevant work experience or relevant academic publications.- Proficiency in oral and written in English- Efficient skills on data management and statistical analysis- Identify and lead new technology initiatives and develop them into mid and long term innovation projects- Identify and lead collaboration effort with external partners/suppliersEqual Opportunity EmployerColgate is an equal opportunity employer and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, national origin, ethnicity, age, disability, marital status, veteran status (United States positions), or any other characteristic protected by law.Colgate-Palmolive is a leading global consumer products company, tightly focused on Oral Care, Personal Care, Home Care and Pet Nutrition.
