IT Business Analyst ERP Inter-Company & MRPLocation: Mexico CityHow You Will Make a Difference- Key responsibilities_- Develop system designs that adhere to high level conceptual design and are traceable to functional as well as non-functional requirements in projects/enhancements.- Ensure designs produced adhere to architectural roadmap and support the development, execution and operations of solutions.- Deliver design solutions in line with system design standards (Core/Template)- Ensure that solutions meet requirements outlined in the architecture handbook.- Perform scoping, fit-gap workshops for projects/enhancements, proposes solutions for key gaps, provide effort estimations and align with business teams.- Ensure that project/enhancements work is delivered to agreed time, cost and quality constraints following the release calendars.- Ensure that developed solutions are peer reviewed, formally documented and signed off by business.- Initiate solution testing to ensure these meet quality standards.- Follow standardized design and development processes to enable cost effective delivery.- Take accountability to ensure adherence with Security and Compliance policies and procedures within Solution Design scope.Job Dimension- Global responsibility for SAP design for strategic programs (e.g. IRIS), projects and enhancements.- Influence a total Internals Externals: 0 / 1-5 (in case of project assignment).- Willingness to travel.- Direct impact on strategic SAP programs and projects to deliver Business & IT strategy.Specific Professional Competencies- Proven experience and expert knowledge in SAP ERP in the following modules in order to be able to support the Alcon supply chain business processes:- SD: Sales and Distribution (mandatory)-- MM: Materials Management (mandatory for purchasing)-- LE: Logistics Execution (mandatory)-- MRP: Materials Requirement Planning (mandatory)Experience in managing intercompany processes from manufacturing to market in SAP.- Understanding of adjacent models and processes to the above, for example:- Integration with production-- Integration with finance-- Integration with quality- and batch management-- A good understanding of medical devices and/or contact lenses industry is an advantage.Competency Profile- Excellent communication and collaboration skills- Able to leverage networks of professionals across functions and business areas.- Understands the competing organizational needs beyond own part of business.- Able to interpret complex information and to influence internal and external peers.- Demonstration of Alcon value and behaviors within the own organization with ability to motivate and energize others.What We Can Offer You- Opportunity to join a growing, early-stage organization built within a mature, stable global company.- Friendly working environment and a diverse and highly motivated team- Individual career development plan and possible career growth within newly created account- Truly international environment and daily interactions with colleagues and stakeholders from all over the world- Attractive benefits & compensation package- Flexible hours and remote work possibilities (min 3 days per week office-based)Skills For Success- Key Requirements/Minimum Requirements_- Bachelor’s Degree. 5+ years of experience with prior experience on SAP knowledge in specified module(s)/process areas.- At least 5 years of business consultancy and SAP implementation experience in an international environment specifically in areas of Intercompany and Materials Requirement Planning.- Proven experience in SAP ECC implementations, detailed process analysis and design, system architecture, technology standards, CSV, GXP and SOX requirements.- Proven experience in understanding of SAP functionality, related business processes and master data around responsibility.- English: Very good spoken and written.- Additional language preferred.KINDLY SUBMIT RESUME IN ENGLISH
