Although TeamViewer is free of charge for private use, it has more than 625,000 subscribers and enables companies of all sizes and from all industries to digitalize their business-critical processes through seamless connectivity.**Additionally, as each BDR at 1E is aligned to _at least_ one Account Director/Strategic Account Director, there may be additional tasks asked of the BDR as it relates to coordinating meetings between internal stakeholders and prospects as well as outbound support for additional personas within any given account in order to maintain deal velocity. With increased experience and performance comes the opportunity for further exposure and engagement in the late sales process, but the key responsibilities of the BDR lie within pre-sales and early sales engagement.**Responsibilities**- Conduct research to identify potential enterprise clients and key decision-makers.- Collaborate with marketing to optimize lead generation strategies.- Engage with prospects to understand their business needs and challenges.- Conduct thorough qualification to ensure alignment with our solutions.- Clearly articulate the value proposition of our SaaS offerings.- Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.- Collaborate with the sales team to transition qualified leads and opportunities.- Work closely with the sales team to develop and execute targeted sales strategies.- Schedule and coordinate product demonstrations and presentations.- Provide relevant information to prospects and assist in the sales process.- Track and analyze key performance metrics, providing regular reports on lead generation and conversion rates.- Utilize CRM tools to maintain accurate and up-to-date records of interactions.**Qualifications**- 1 year of corporate, GTM, experience within a software, IT services, or similar company- 6 Months of corporate or professional experience- Experience in a high-velocity, high-volume business development (or similar) function- Experience operating within the high-tech or IT services space**Required Skills**:- Confidence and credibility when engaging with senior employees and executives at prospect customers- High level of organization and time management to maintain high-quality engagement across all prospects and territories- Excellent oral _and _written communication skills- A growth mindset that encourages constant improvement and resiliency- Comfort within a high energy, dynamic, and complex sales and marketing environment- The ability to multi-task and balance multiple objectives, while also understanding how to properly prioritize tasks- Ability to work both collaboratively _and _independently as the role requires- Comfort with a global company and the adjusted operations therein- Strong interest and curiosity about Enterprise SaaS solutions- Experience with Salesforce or another similar-style CRM- Experience with sales enablement platforms such as Outreach and Groove- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a similarly related field- Protect the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of company data in accordance with established security policies.- Report any suspected security incidents or breaches to the security team immediately.- Ensure compliance with organisational and regulatory data privacy requirements in all aspects of work.**Additional information**- **Please note this is a ONSITE position: Av Adolfo Lopez Mateos 2405 Col.
