**About the Role****Key ResponsibilitiesAI Solution Engineering**- Design, develop, and optimize AI-powered solutions, particularly leveraging LLMs and RAG pipelines.- Implement advanced **Prompt Engineering** strategies for effective LLM usage.- Handle **content ingestion**, chunking, and embedding processes for retrieval systems.- Design and integrate **guardrails** to ensure safe, ethical, and controlled AI behavior.**Application & Infrastructure Development**- Collaborate on infrastructure setup, CI/CD pipelines, and environment provisioning.**Operational Excellence**- Proactively identify and resolve issues in live systems to maintain uptime and efficiency.**MLOps & Tooling**- Own the end-to-end MLOps lifecycle, including model training, deployment, monitoring, and updates.- Track **model behavior and drift** over time and implement observability metrics.- Research, prototype, and evaluate new tools and technologies to enhance system capability.**QualificationsMust-Have Skills**- 3-5 years of experience in AI engineering, full-stack development.- Strong knowledge of **AI/ML frameworks** (e.g., LangChain, Hugging Face, OpenAI, Anthropic Claude APIs).- Solid experience in **cloud platforms** (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and infrastructure automation.- Proficiency in **CI/CD** pipeline.- Ability to **design for scale and resiliency** under variable load conditions.- Familiarity with **vector databases**, content chunking, embedding models, and retrievers.**Nice-to-Have**- Experience with **LLMOps platforms** or **Agentic frameworks**.- Exposure to **data privacy**, compliance frameworks, and secure AI practices.**Soft Skills**- Strong communication and documentation abilities.- Passion for staying ahead of AI trends and innovations.- Team player with proactive problem-solving capabilities.**Experience**:- LLM: 2 years (preferred)
