Contamos con presencia en **EE.UU., México, España, Alemania e India**, brindando soluciones técnicas estratégicas y personalizadas para nuestros clientes internacionales.**Descripción del puesto**:Buscamos un **Health & Safety Specialist (Especialista en Seguridad y Salud)** con experiência en entornos industriales para unirse a nuestro equipo en un **proyecto temporal**.Serás responsable de garantizar el cumplimiento de las normas de seguridad (OSHA y locales), coordinar formaciones, gestionar riesgos y fomentar una cultura de seguridad proactiva en equipos multiculturales.**Responsabilidades principales**:- Supervisar y asegurar el cumplimiento de las normativas de seguridad (OSHA).- Realizar inspecciones y auditorías de seguridad, documentar hallazgos y definir acciones correctivas.- Coordinar e impartir capacitaciones en seguridad (en inglés y español).- Realizar **evaluaciones de riesgo y análisis JSA**.- Coordinar planes y simulacros de emergencia, brindar apoyo en primeros auxilios y RCP/DEA.- Elaborar reportes de incidentes, accidentes y auditorías de seguridad.- Servir como punto de contacto con el cliente en temas de cumplimiento y seguridad durante el proyecto.- Liderar equipos diversos (México, España, EE.UU., China), promoviendo una cultura de trabajo segura y colaborativa.**Requisitos**:- **Licenciatura** en Ingeniería Industrial, Mecánica o afín.- **+4 años de experiência** en seguridad industrial dentro del sector automotriz o industrias relacionadas.- **Conocimientos sólidos en normativa OSHA.**:- **Inglés avanzado (obligatorio).**:- **Pasaporte y visa vigentes (obligatorio).**:- Manejo de **Microsoft Office y Adobe Acrobat.****Ofrecemos**:- Participación en un **proyecto internacional dinámico y de alto impacto.**:- **Paquete retributivo competitivo.**:- Ambiente de trabajo colaborativo, flexible y multicultural.**¿Te interesa formar parte de nuestro equipo?**Postúlate directamente por este medio y nuestro equipo de reclutamiento se pondrá en contacto contigo.Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completoLugar de trabajo: Empleo presencial
