To enable a life without limitations, through our core business brands - Advanced Bionics, Audiological Care, Phonak, Sennheiser (under license) and Unitron - we develop, manufacture and distribute solutions that push the limits of technology and redefine the future of our industry.- Mexicali, BC, México - Onsite (Presencial)**Senior HR Specialist, HR Services****Responsibilities**:- Manage and resolve complex employee HR inquiries with expert-level guidance.- Oversee onboarding, offboarding, and employment changes, ensuring compliance and a positive employee experience.- Lead leave of absence programs, ensuring legal and policy alignment.- Administer benefits and provide payroll process support, including audits and escalations.- Maintain accurate employee data and generate HR analytics to support strategic decisions.- Mentor junior HR specialists and contribute to the development of training programs.- Partner with HRBPs and cross-functional teams to support reorganizations and drive process improvements.- Support compliance efforts and represent HR in interactions with government agencies.**Travelling Requirement**: Minimal**Experience and Qualifications**:- **Education**: Graduate education in HR, Business or similar- **Further Education**: HR certifications (e.g., CIPD, PHR, SHRM-CP) or other relevant professional HR training is highly preferred. Project Management, nice to have.- **Work Experience**: Minimum 5 years of experience in HR administration in an internation environment, very good understanding of the employee life cycle. Proven experience managing complex HR inquiries, leave of absence processes, and HRIS systems.- **Advanced English level/ fluent in English speaking**:- **Experience using ServiceNow HR Service Delivery preferred.**:- Good communication and stakeholder management skills, with a high level of customer orientation and service thinking.- Highly organized, with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and autonomously.- In-depth understanding of HR processes, policies, and systems with up-to-date knowledge of HR best practices.- Experience with payroll practices, ensuring data accuracy and compliance.- B1/B2 Visa - and passport.**A minimum of 200Mb/sec download and 10Mb/sec upload speed internet connectivity is required to support any remote/hybrid employee functionality at Sonova**- Don't meet all the criteria?
