Every day, 36,000 employees worldwide are committed to this with passion, know-how and innovative strength.**YOUR TASKS**YOUR TASKS:- Ensure the best possible customer care and satisfaction- Identify and analyze customer requirements- Monitor market situations, trends and competitor activities- Establish and maintain personal contact with all customer areas- Prepare customer and project strategies- Prepare and conduct presentations - Coordinate communication with customers- Obtain RFQ's, prepare and present quotations- Conduct price and contract negotiations with customers- Obtain, review and process customer PO's- Review customer contracts- Ensure the punctual invoicing & payment of tooling- Tracking of capacities & demand volumes- Align packaging and logistics concepts- Receive special customers requests and coordinate the necessary activities- Participate in project- and other cross-functional teams- Carry out the necessary activities to achieve the departmental targets- Maintain communication with the involved HELLA departments in Mexico, Germany and USA- Support of other HELLA departments- Internal & external escalation management**YOUR QUALIFICATIONS**YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:- University degree in Automotive or Industrial Engineering, Business Administration- 3-4 years working experience within automotive Sales OEM- Technical Sales skills- Willingness to travel- Fluent German and English language skillsTake the opportunity to reveal your potential within a global, family-run company that offers you the best possible conditions for progressing in your career.**HELLA Automotive Mexico S.A. de C.V.**Mariana CandiaPhone:
