Freudenberg-NOK Sealing Technologies is a joint venture between Freudenberg and NOK Corp. in Japan, is headquartered in Plymouth, MI, operates more than 20 facilities and employs about 4,700 people across the Americas.**Responsibilities**:- Offers administrative support related to various HR functions.- Facilitates, monitors, and ensures quality with respect to the payroll cycle(s).- Maintains and updates the various HR systems.- Prepares contracts, employee letters, and legal documents.- Monitors relevant time-tracking and attendance systems.**Qualifications**:- Bachelor’s Degree in Relevant Field; advanced degree preferred or compensating years of experience.- 05 Years of Industry-relevant professional experience.- Relevant certifications, system experience, and training.- Professional-Level English language skills preferred.- Assertive Communication and Influence based on Positive Leadership.- Knowledge of Mexican Labor Law and Mexican Standards.- Experience with Union and Labor Relations.- ISO 14001, IATF, STPS Inspections, etc. audits.- Certification and key projects with the use of improvement tools (Lean Admin or Six Sigma).- Workday, SAP, Concur, Microsoft.- Communication & Collaboration: Communicates clearly and concisely, while engaging proactively with colleagues at all levels of the organization.- Value for Customers: Anticipates, understands and meets internal/external customers’ needs and expectations. Develops solutions based on a customer centric approach.- Innovation: Drives and supports innovative ideas, while taking informed risks to seek and develop new or improved solutions.- Drive & Execution: Proactively identifies what needs to be done and takes action.
