Being part of the global Freudenberg Group, our company is a leading producer of advanced sealing technologies for automotive and general industries. Freudenberg-NOK Sealing Technologies is a joint venture between Freudenberg and NOK Corp. in Japan, is headquartered in Plymouth, MI, operates more than 20 facilities and employs about 4,700 people across the Americas.**Responsibilities**:- Offers administrative support related to various HR functions- Facilitates, monitors, and ensures quality with respect to the payroll cycle(s)- Maintains and updates the various HR systems- Prepares contracts, employee letters, and legal documents- Monitors relevant time-tracking and attendance systems- Administrates the Training Programs- Collaborates in achieving compliance with Government authorities and Internal Policies and Code of Conduct**Qualifications**:- Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Administration or related files; advanced degree preferred such as Master Degree or Certificate in Human Resources.- 05 Years of Industry-relevant Human Resources professional experience.- Relevant certifications, system experience, and training such as CIRSE, STPS NOMS, Workday, ADP, ISO 14001, DNC, IMSS.- Advance-Level English language skills.- Agil, Empathic and data science Skills.- Balanced People and Result orientated mind sent.- 02 years Experience working with Union.- Communication & Collaboration: Communicates clearly and concisely, while engaging proactively with colleagues at all levels of the organization.- Value for Customers: Anticipates, understands and meets internal/external customers’ needs and expectations. Develops solutions based on a customer centric approach.- Innovation: Drives and supports innovative ideas, while taking informed risks to seek and develop new or improved solutions.- Drive & Execution: Proactively identifies what needs to be done and takes action.
