When a position that matches your qualifications becomes available it’s that much easier to connectRole SummaryEssential Responsibilities:- Coordinate Electronic Components Request for Quotes (RFQ)- Track RFQ’s and quote proposal daily- Ensure all quote proposals are provided to regional sites to award business- Contribute to projects as team member within the Sourcing organization.- Create weekly component report to summarize status for management reviews.- Develop awareness of manufacturing processes and improve product knowledge.Essential Skills:- Strong Excel skills including formulas, Pivot tables, Vlookup, charts filters-- People skills with remote work environmentDesired Characteristics:- Strong interpersonal skills- 100% bilingual English - Spanish- Strong oral and written communication skills- Negotiation skills- Ability to coordinate several task and responsibilities simultaneously- Availability from Monday to Friday (7AM - 4PM)Where we are and What we Offer:- Location: Monterrey, NL (near Torres Moradas / Galerías Monterrey)- Contract duration: 6 months but might be renewed for another 6 months (1 year, max 18 months in total)- Salary: $10,000 per month + food allowanceWabtec Corporation is committed to taking on the world’s toughest challenges.
