**Job Duties**:- Trending posts.- Increase engagement with influencers- Educate potential influencers on each brand's benefits.- Identify new influencers that will bring a new audience and drive traffic and sales for each of our brands and present them to the Marketing Manager for approval.- Sign up new influencers that are approved by Manager and drive relationship until first campaigns are executed- Build and execute influencer campaigns through competitive research, by keeping at the forefront of trends and identifying key players/influencers.- Help develop new content plans for the influencers, tiktokers and youtubers creating new ideas, activities, storytelling, and marketing campaigns based on trending community engagements to drive brand benefits and generate sales.- Collaborate with social teams to create new ideas, tag lines, weekly post, share daily trending items, report out on daily influencer post to drive community engagement, brand benefits and generate sales.- Make sure to create quality content and mutually beneficial relationships with influencers- Maintain a good and lasting relationship with good influencers and be objective when an influencer is not good- Constantly update and curate our influencers data base- Collaborate with the shipping department to ship influencers, tiktokers and youtubers orders out in a timely and quality manner.- Organize photos and content from new influencers every week into our google drive folders**Goals**:- Use influencers marketing budget to sign on new affiliates to achieve influencer team goals.- Identify new influencers that will bring in new website visits per week.- Increase code usage by influencers- Ensure that 100% of new influencers are completing 100% of agreed upon deliverables.- Work with the marketing team to come up with ideas to use influencers to drive sales and traffic.**Qualifications**:- 1-2 years of experience with influencers- Advanced English level.- Passionate about the product and the fashion industry.- Ability to process data and report it to management.- Great communication skills.- Proactive.- Creative.- Very well organized.**Benefits**:- **Hybrid**:- **Availability to work weekends for different events**:- **Monday to friday 8 hours per day**Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSalario: $12,000.00 - $16,000.00 al mesHorario:- Fines de semana- Horario flexible- Lunes a viernes- Turno de 8 horasPrestaciones:- Aumentos salariales- Horarios flexibles- Trabajar desde casa- Vacaciones adicionales o permisos con goce de sueldoTipos de compensaciones:- Bono de productividadLugar de trabajo: Empleo presencial
