Job Summary:**Responsibilities**:- Works closely with Solution Architect in understanding the functional and technical design.- Creates and maintains Process Definition Documents (PDD) with supervision from Business Analysts as needed.- Develops and configures automation processes as per the solution design document (SDD) to meet defined requirements in adherence to best practices.- Identifies and communicates the technical infrastructure requirements and drives the strategic and tactical roll-out of the automation solution to department/functions.- Complies with and helps enforce design and coding standards, policies, and procedures. Will be responsible for the quality of deliverables built under your supervision.- Works within project planning constraints, communicating any identified project risks and issues to the delivery/project manager accordingly and providing inputs to the change control process.- Works collaboratively with Operations team to stabilize, enhance, or fix automations.- Mentors and coaches lower-level developers through performance evaluations, reviews, 1:1’s, and other forms of performance management.- Ensures quality of coded components by performing thorough unit testing.- Analyzes, understands, and documents the business processes in detail where required.- Manages a team of developers and tracks project deliverables in a timely manner.- Leads workstreams without supervision.- Interacts with clients comfortably.- Assists in creating content for demonstrations with existing and potential clients, including POCs, presentations, case studies, blogs, or additional sales material or resources.Skills and Experience:**Must Haves**:- English - Spanish Language (Oral and writing 85 % or higher), (B2+ or above).- 2+ years of experience in related field.- High School diploma.- Able to build automations without direction.- 2-4 years of experience in UiPath- _ UiPath Developers_ training- _ UiPath RPA Developer Continuous Learning_ training- _ UiPath Document Understanding Overview_ training- _ UiPath Test Manager Foundation_ training- _ UiPath Automation Developer Professional_ training- **_ UiPath Certified Professional _**accreditation****Nice to Haves**:- _ UiPath Citizen Developer Foundation_ training- _ UiPath Document Understanding Deep Dive_ training- _ Microsoft Power Platform Fundamentals_ training- _ MS Power Automate_ training program- Experience with MS Power BI and database design- Experience with MS Power Automate- 6+ months of experience in development (i.e.,.Net/Visual/SQL/HTML/Macros)- Consulting experience- Strong project reporting skills, with a focus on interdepartmental communicationAbout Auxis:Auxis places a high priority on employee growth and development, fostering an environment where you can advance in your career.
