Analyze and define suppliers based on rates and benefits offered.- What do you need?_- Bachelor's degree in International Trade, International Business, Industrial Relations or related field.- Experience of 2 to 3 years or more in commercial area and/or Pricing and/or customer service, and/or logistics of land operations (preferably from a forwarder).- Residence in the city of Leon.- Functions and responsibilities_- Prospecting, selection and registration of suppliers that meet the profiles established in the supplier policy.- Negotiation with each of our service providers to reach levels that allow us to generate business on win-win terms (long term negotiations).- Reception and analysis of the information requirements of the commercial area.- Sending quotation requirements to our suppliers by type of services.- Load and keep updated in the system the available rates for the commercial and operations area that allows them to see the different options for specific routes.- Advise the departments of the company according to the service.- Present a minimum of three service providers with very similar rate levels in order to support the sale.- Update and document each of the suppliers' services in the system.- Negotiate credit with suppliers.- Providing feedback to suppliers with valuable information to generate new business.- Visits to our suppliers to promote the commercial relationship.- Perform service evaluations to suppliers.- Benefits and fringe benefits_- Competitive salary.- Attractive commissions.- Benefits in excess of the law.- IMSS from day 1.- Vacations in excess of the law from the 6th month of entry.- Major medical expenses insurance.- Life insurance.- Hybrid schedule from Monday to Friday.- Integration events.- Training.- Scholarship if you wish.- Christmas bonus.- Profit sharing.- Per diem for transfers in the region.- Other additional benefits.Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSueldo: $20,000.00 - $25,000.00 al mesBeneficios:- Aumentos salariales- Estacionamiento de la empresa- Estacionamiento gratuito- Opción a contrato indefinido- Seguro de gastos médicos mayores- Seguro de vida- Teléfono de la empresa- Trabajo desde casa- Vacaciones adicionales o permisos con goce de sueldoTipo de jornada:- Lunes a viernes- Turno de 8 horasLugar de trabajo: remoto híbrido en 37150, Cañada del Campestre, Gto.
