In this role, you will report to the HR ManagerYou Will Make an Impact By:Hiring Manager to use principal responsibilities from above job profile job description to fill out bullet points below. Also feel free to add in additional responsibilities that are specific to this requisition. Recommended number of responsibilities is 6 but some jobs may require more responsibilities.- Review and organize Employees File ensuring digitalization and integration with WD.- Ensure data integrity of WD aligned with GN3 and other local systems such as concur, etc.- Support HR General services and events- Support Communication and On boarding, training and development.- Support Staffing on coordinating Job interviews.- Travel Requirements: within the city both locationsSkills You Bring:Hiring Manager to use required skills from above job profile job description. Please do NOT modify the education requirements AND the years of experience that are specified in the Job Profile Job Description, for standardization purposes. However, feel free to add in additional required experience or technical skills that are specific to this requisition.- Level of formal education student, license/certification, etc.- No experience in previous Jobs- Human Resources Labor Law.- Psicology- Communication Skills, Presentation skills, Required Experience or Technical Skill 1- MS Office such as Power Point, Excel and Word.- Use an leverage of AIPreferred Skills: (Optional)Hiring Manager to include three (3) three to six (6) bullet points that describe the nice to haves- Leadership and initiative- Self Organization- Good communication skills.- Ethics and IntegritySupervisory Scope: (Optional)Hiring Manager to add in supervisory scope as necessary- Reporting Relationships: HR- Financial Responsibilities: NONEPhysical Demands and Working Conditions:Hiring Manager to add in physical demands and working conditions from above job profile job description that are applicable to the job itself.
