At PepsiCo we create a Space to be you.**Responsibilities**:- Resolve Ariba esourcing/eauction User (internal and external) and vendor inquiries in accordance with defined SLAs- Address or escalate Ariba esourcing/eauction Platform technical issues- Provide guidance and support to users regarding proper Ariba esourcing/eauction usage, policies, etc.- Provide guidance to procurement managers / buyers on RFx strategies as well as on when eauctions and esourcing should be used.- Assure new/existing suppliers are enabled on the Ariba platform for RFx purposes- Assure RFx and GP strategic team alignment. Assure alignment with Global Category Strategies- Recommend initiatives to drive process efficiencies with respect to the RFx services being provided- Provide full visibility of the RFx inputs/processes, suppliers, items, etc. to maximize Procurement strategies and negotiations- Supports RFX tactical elements during the negotiation process/strategy while contacting supplier Sales and Operations teams to address RFX system issues.- Through RFX analysis/processes ensure the best purchase options for the company and increase savings- Increase RFx automation options, deploy processes improvements, implement new solutions, etc.Qualifications:- Bachelor’s Degree- Request for Proposal Experience is required- 4-5 years of experience in GP Operations/Shared Services- Advance/Fluent English for PFNA- Excellent Functional knowledge Depth of different aspects of Procurement such as sourcing, category management, processes and tools, knowledge in Food & Beverage industry a plus- Breath / Depth experience in sourcing processes and technologies, with experience of implementing them in a global and regional environment- Interpersonal skills - Strong communication and influencing skills to all organizational levelsThank you so much for considering PepsiCo to start or continue your career
