As a STRATEGY PLANNING & MARKET ANALYSIS COORDINATOR, you will ensure the monitoring, updating and consolidation of data of the different variables that impact the profitability of the business of PPG Mexico and Central America**Key Responsibilities**- Prepare different analysis, e.g., a weekly report for Pittsburgh about the most outstanding news of the painting environment in Mexico and send an accurate and clean weekly analysis of the environment to the Director of Commercial Intelligence.- Provides service to commercial actors, Directors or Senior Managers of Mex and CAM for decision making regarding the quarterly analysis by country and by competitor, including topics such as: population, inflation, economic growth, new construction, among others.- Download information to make a report of current new construction projects (e.g., Dos Bocas, AIFA, etc.). In order to review the opportunities that exist in paints for the commercial team of PMC.- Drives the analysis and estimation of market value annually in different sources through a local methodology (by dealer, by competitor and by municipality).- Participate in the Annual Marketing Plan where key performance indicators are run to identify threats and opportunities.- Estimate the value of the municipality and consumer based on INEGI data, by segments (hospital, gasoline).- Lead the dashboard migration project to Power BI and maintain strong communication with different internal areas for information alignment such as Finance, Sales, Marketing.- Analysis of trends or current external factors that have an economic impact e.g., household expenses, scarcity of raw materials, etc.**Qualifications**- Bachelor´s Degree in Economics Sciences or Finances- +5 years of confirmed experience analyzing market values and economic environment with a deep understanding of GDP, offer, demand, forecast generation, expense, income, among others- English at fluid level is required- Excel at advanced level (Macros and Pivot Tables) and Power BI at intermediate level- Skills: Analytical thinking, strategic mentality, strong communication, decision-making, organization, proactivity**ABOUT US**:**PPG: WE PROTECT AND BEAUTIFY THE WORLD****The PPG Way**Every single day at PPG:**We partner with customers to create mutual value.**We are insightful, dedicated and proactive.
