**Job Title**:Merchandise Support, Sr Analyst**Position Purpose**Manages and supports communications for retail and commercial operations. Directs,coordinates and exercises functional authority for planning, organization, control, integratation and completion of projects related to internal communication and customer service. Serves as a lead for cross-functional projects.**Primary Accountabilities**- Coordinate different presentations to the merchandising team, Vendor Summit, Reps, Q presentation and vendors.- Control and supervice Legal vendor agreements in diferent projects like ARS, Vendor Funding and new iniciativies.- Establish comunication with the vendors to implement surveys of different events.- Coordinate and concentrate de iniciatives of store travel, vendor summit, mid and annual sales meeting.- Comunication with all vendors to attendt questions regarding vendor agreements and legal verbiage.**Education & Experience**Level of Formal Education: A Bachelor's degree (BA, BS) or equivalent.Area of Study: 'Business or retail management, communicationsYears of Experience: One to two years.Type of Experience: 'Project development managing multiple priorities, successful facilitation of cross-functional programs, business administration and communicationSpecial Certifications or Technical Skills: Project Management Professional (PMP) and/or Business Communication certification (optional).Other/Preferred: Strong writing/editing and basics analytical skills, Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Powerpoint (Access optional)
