Reporting to the Pricing Manager, the Pricing Sr Analyst is primarily responsible of supporting profitability growth of business for Mexico and Peru by modeling and analyzing pricing and incentives strategies.Process and transform pricing data for analysis, modeling, and reporting on factors that impact pricing and profitability.Will work closely with Sales, Marketing, Risk and Wholesale team for pricing activities.This role will also require working with local and IO teams to develop commercial offer & pricing proposals that support volume and profitability targets.- Monthly Pricing reporting and analytic routines- Model pricing strategies for a variety of campaigns that support GMF and GMMs targets.- Construct scenarios that support Pricing decisions- Process and transform pricing data for analysis, modeling, and reporting- Contribute to the construction of Local Pricing Committee materials- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Risk, IO Pricing Teams in providing timely and accurate pricing proposals- Provide useful information for negotiations with GMM- Ensuring technical coherence of pricing data and codes in the Profitability Models- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics, Matematics, Actuary or similar- 2+ years of work related experience in Pricing, Financial Modeling and/or Analysis- Fluent in both English & Spanish (will be evaluated)- Strong analytical and numerical skills.Ability to analyse complex information and make proposals- Strong organizational and time management skills- Advanced knowledge and use of MS Excel (Macros) with willingness to learn new systems (i.e. SAS, Oracle)- Ability to work effectively under pressure, multi-task and meet deadlines- Open to change in response to new information, different or unexpected circumstances- Quick learner- Strong oral and written skills
