Esta es tu oportunidadBuscamos una Human Resources Manager dinámica y proactiva, que haya trabajado en agencias de marketing, que esté en constante búsqueda de talento creativo y que sepa cómo construir un ambiente de trabajo inspirador y productivo.**Responsabilidades**:- Hunting: Búsqueda de personal para puestos directivos, especialistas y creativos- Clima Laboral: Desarrollar propuestas para mejorar el ambiente de trabajo y fortalecer la cultura organizacional.- Gestión de Equipos: Supervisar y liderar al equipo de RH, asegurando un proceso efectivo de selección y desarrollo.- Rotación: Implementar estrategias que disminuyan la rotación de personal y fomenten la retención de talento.- Mejorar procesos de onboarding, desarrollo organizacional y desvinculaciones- Resultados y Propuestas: Presentar resultados y propuestas a los directivos, siendo una voz activa en la toma de decisiones.**Requisitos**:- Experiência: Mínimo 3 años en Recursos Humanos en agencias de marketing o medios creativos.- Conocimientos: Amplio entendimiento del mercado creativo y habilidades para atraer talento.- Habilidades: Autonomía, proactividad, capacidad de resolución de problemas y excelente comunicación.**Modalidad**:híbrida**Nível de educación deseada**:Superior - titulado**Nível de experiência deseada**:Nível Experto**Función departamental**:Recursos humanos**Industria**:Marketing**Habilidades**:- Proactividad- Resolucion de problemas- Gestión de grupos
