We are looking to build a truly great company and are JUST GETTING STARTED.- THE POSITION- You will play a key role in our growth strategy, being part of the Handyman Onboarding team, in a high-volume onboarding role that will focus on calling Home Improvement Providers (handymen), telling them about Porch, building value, and getting them interested in being part of our growing platform.WHAT YOU DO- Making outbound calls to follow up with interested prospective leads.- Making outbound cold calls to prospective professionals and consistently hitting onboarding targets.- Keeping up-to-date and accurate records in team docs and system.- Guiding Home Improvement Providers through the Porch Services registration and account activation process.- Manage a new provider through the completion of their first three jobs on our platform.What’s next?Porch is committed to building an inclusive culture of belonging that not only embraces the diversity of our people but also reflects the diversity of the communities in which we work and the customers we serve.
