Administration and update profitability reports, KPR-BSC reports, exchange rates report by country and payer, profitability analysis by agency to have a healthy GMPT & CM, support to sales personnel field/office in price requests (price analysis and FX strategy), and provide feedback to prevent or stop profitability losses.**Duties and responsibilities**:- Manage and update Via Deal report.- Manage and update negative GP report.- Manage and update KPR3 Decliners report.- Prepare profitability analysis KPR3 & KPR4 by agent/country/payer.- Analysis support, implementation and measure of results for the payers / price promos.- Manage and update CM >$1.50- Manage and update WAPOB TARGETS MX & GTM.- Identify inconsistences in the Forex calculation (sales vs Inventory).- Monitoring price variables (FEE/COMM/FX) to prevent profitability losses.- Provide feedback on pricing to the BSC MANAGERS / REGIONAL SALES MANAGERS / VPs of SALES.- Training the new BSC & BDE representatives in pricing.**Information Security Responsabilities**:- Read, acknowledge and comply with Viamericas Staff Information Security Policy via the Information Security training portal. This should be done within 30 days of hire and repeated annually.- Attend periodic Information Security training provided by Viamericas’.- Report any event that might be an Information Security Incident: clicked on a malicious link, downloaded and opened a suspicious file, etc.**Qualifications**:- Bi-lingual (Spanish 100% read & write / English 80% read & write)- 1 year of experience in a similar position (administration of reports)- Administrative system and computer skills: Microsoft Office (Word/PowerPoint/Excel)- Time management: Able to prioritize and handle multiple tasks at the same time.- Critical thinking and problem-solving ability.- Possess good judgment and attention to detail.- Responsibility: Owner of the task allocated to daily schedule.
