Our mission is to provide a lifeline to those burdened by unfair student loan practices. As we look to the future, we are exploring the addition of more services to further support our clients.**Position**: Senior Claims Advisor for Borrower Defense to Repayment**Responsibilities**:- Conduct outbound sales calls using VICIdial to promote our borrower defense services.- Collaborate with our legal team to ensure accurate and compliant service delivery.- Contribute to the development and implementation of additional student loan-related services as we expand our offerings.- Utilize HubSpot for contract e-signatures and client management.**Requirements**:- Proven sales experience in the student loan industry. Borrower Defense experience is a plus but we will train you if you have other student loan repayment experience.- Familiarity with VICIdial and HubSpot is preferred but we will train.- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.- Commitment to full-time availability, as client calls can come in at any time.- A results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets.- If you do not have experience closing borrower defense deals, we will start you as an opener and train you as a closer with higher commissions once you're performing well in opening.**Compensation**:- Competitive base salary based on experience, plus commission structure.- Opening commission: 10% on each deal, with an average deal value of $1000.- Closing commission: 20% upon completion of training.- Potential to earn $50,000 - $80,000 in the first year, with the possibility of exceeding $100,000 in the second year as a team manager.**Benefits**:- Opportunity for career advancement and management roles.- A supportive and dynamic work environment.- Training and development opportunities.**Join Us**:**Job Types**: Full-time, ContractContract length: 12 monthsPay: $26,000.00 - $75,000.00 per monthApplication Question(s):- If someone told you they were currently in default on their federal loans and didn't know how to access their FSA, what would be your next steps?**Experience**:- Microsoft Office: 3 years (required)- Customer service: 5 years (preferred)- Sales: 3 years (required)- Experience working with students: 3 years (required)Work Location: Hybrid remote in 22560, Escenica Ensenada - Tijuana, Baja Malibu
