**Bilingual telephone collections person needed for rapidly growing cutting edge law firm.****We are seeking a telephone collections person who is self-motivated, can communicate effortlessly with clients, and bring them back onto a payment plan via an automated system. Also must be able to think outside the box to get tasks completed. This person should have a foundation in telephone collections and should be excellent at what they do. Experience with the bankruptcy process is a plus.****If you wish to work with us, you must be a Superstar****This means you must be at the top of your game, the best at what you do.****If you decide to work with us you should know you will be Challenged and Pushed****If you are not comfortable with the above statements, please do not apply.****Responsibilities**- Handle **In Bound** calls from clients.- Make **Out Bound** Calls to clients regarding payments and outstanding documents.**You will be judged on**:- The number of calls you make.- Collection resolutions.- Your ability to obtain documents from clients.- Your survey results from Clients.- Communication will be scripted and you are expected to keep the script.- Self-reporting daily on the above-listed milestones.**Key Competencies**- Must be able to:- Listen and relate to clients- Type, while on the phone.- Know how to operate basic computer functions.- Treat clients as if they are the most important person on earth- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.- Team player.- Self-motivated and must take initiative.- Timeliness is vital.
