Firma líder global en servicios inmobiliarios busca **Project Manager Leader** en **Mexicali.****Requisitos**:- Licenciatura en Arquitectura y /o Ingeniería Civil.- **Inglés Intermedio / Avanzado**Experiência:Cuando menos dos proyectos de vivienda vertical residencial (15 níveles mínimo). Entender las expectativas del cliente, alcance y programa para las tareas asignadas, verificación de milestones.Responsable del flujo de la comunicación efectiva entre cliente y equipo operativo. Manejo de equipos de trabajo.- 6 años en proyectos industriales (automotriz, pharma, logística, alimenticia,etc)- Manejo y coordinación de varios proyectos simultáneamente.- Buen manejo de equipos de trabajo- Conocimiento de Lean Construction y/o PMI- Conocimiento de metodologías de trabajo colaborativo BIM, IPD, LPSSoftware:- Auto CAD- MS Project- Paq.
