We thrive together as a global team, embracing our diverse backgrounds to make a positive impact on the world.Join us in POWERING POSITIVE CHANGE**Key Responsibilities**:Owns technology deployment for P-series cells and modules at all sitesDevelops Equipment / Process / BOM / Cost strategy for modcosCollaborates with R&D for new cell and module technology, BOM, and product roadmapLaunches (deploys) new technology developed elsewhere in house and externally.Optimizes technology at the fabs and modcosSets quarterly cost reduction goals and achieve these goalsEffectively manages a diverse multi-national team using BKM management practicesMaintains good working relationships with collaborators and contact pointsFully accountable for the group’s goals and successComplies at all times with the Environment, Health and Safety, and Quality standards, rules and regulations.**Minimum Education and Experience**:Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years of related experience or master’s degree and 8+ years of experience, plus 5+ years of people management experienceAdvanced degree preferredRequires R&D, development or NPI experience, 3 years minimumRequires factory experience of some kind, 3 years minimum**Job Requirements**:**Experience delivering similar technology into production**: solar or semiconductor for exampleExperience with PERC solar in cell and module or cell onlyExperience developing new technologyProven ability to deliver technology/product results on timeTrack record of innovationEffective cost reduction experienceProven management success and ability to manage a multi-national teamStrong team playerAbility to interact effectively with senior executivesStrong leadership skillsExcellent communication skillsRapid ability to learn new technology and business processes**Preferred Requirements**:Strongly prefer Mandarin language speaking abilityMaster’s degree in relevant fieldSignificant international experienceTechnology deployment experienceYour safety is our number one priority at Maxeon.
