Join EP Logistics, a growing third-party logistics provider, and help us deliver exceptional service to our clients across the supply chain.As our Customer Service Team Lead, you’ll manage and support a team of representatives, resolve service issues, and collaborate with operations to make sure shipments run smoothly and clients stay happy.**What You’ll Do**- Lead and coach a team of Customer Service Reps handling daily logistics operations.- Be the go-to person for escalated customer issues—analyze, solve, and follow up.- Monitor team KPIs, track service performance, and drive continuous improvement.- Ensure timely order processing, issue resolution, and strong customer communication.- Coordinate with internal teams (warehouse, transportation, billing) to fulfill client needs.- Train new team members and support process consistency across the team.- Join or lead customer calls to review service and performance updates.**What You’ll Need**- 3+ years in customer service within a logistics, supply chain, or freight forwarding environment.- Prior experience in a leadership or team lead role.- Strong working knowledge of logistics processes (transportation, warehousing, order fulfillment).- Experience with TMS/WMS platforms (CargoWise, SAP, Oracle, etc.).- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.- Bilingual (English-Spanish) preferred.- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or related field is a plus.**Why Join Us**- Competitive salary & benefits- Opportunity to grow in a dynamic 3PL company- Collaborative and fast-paced work environment- Work with major clients across diverse industriesTipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSueldo: $19,000.00 - $26,000.00 al mesBeneficios:- Seguro de gastos médicos mayores- Seguro de vida- Servicio de comedor- Vales de despensaPago complementario:- Bono de asistencia- Bono de puntualidadTipo de jornada:- Turno matutinoExperiência:- Liderazgo: 2 años (Deseable)Idioma:- Inglés (Deseable)Lugar de trabajo: Empleo presencial
