As our Customer Service Team Lead, you'll manage and support a team of representatives, resolve service issues, and collaborate with operations to make sure shipments run smoothly and clients stay happy.

What You'll Do

  • Lead and coach a team of Customer Service Reps handling daily logistics operations.
  • Be the go-to person for escalated customer issues—analyze, solve, and follow up.
  • Monitor team KPIs, track service performance, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Ensure timely order processing, issue resolution, and strong customer communication.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (warehouse, transportation, billing) to fulfill client needs.
  • Train new team members and support process consistency across the team.
  • Join or lead customer calls to review service and performance updates.

What You'll Need

  • 3+ years in customer service within a logistics, supply chain, or freight forwarding environment.
  • Prior experience in a leadership or team lead role.
  • Strong working knowledge of logistics processes (transportation, warehousing, order fulfillment).
  • Experience with TMS/WMS platforms (CargoWise, SAP, Oracle, etc.).
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Bilingual (English–Spanish) preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, or related field is a plus.
