As a Business Analyst in Global Business Operations you will collaborate on initiatives with sales, operations and anti-fraud functions within a fintech company that is operating across Latin America, Africa and Southeast Asia. You will be responsible for supporting the seamless integration, optimization, and effective utilization of the sales CRM and its integrations with other relevant platforms. This position requires a keen understanding of program management, documentation, strong analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate and communicate with cross-functional teams to drive efficiency.At PayJoy, we transform lives by unlocking access to the modern financial system.
