Together, let's build a brighter, healthier future for all.**Job Summary**The Process & Systems Validation Lead coordinates and leads the implementation and validation activities for processes and systems across plant teams impacting the quality, safety, purity, and efficacy of products. This role ensures processes comply with 26 quality standards and current national and international regulatory requirements, safeguarding that systems operate in a correct, safe, accurate, and consistent manner according to intended use and user safety.**Responsibilities**- Ensure compliance with corporate (26 quality standards), national, and international regulatory requirements for validation and change control, guaranteeing correct interpretation and implementation.- Implement validation master plans and procedures, detailing validation methodologies, activities, and timelines necessary to maintain validated status.- Develop, execute, and monitor validation activities for processes, systems, and equipment impacting product quality.- Manage validation projects for toothpaste manufacturing, process systems, computing systems, utilities such as steam and compressed air, environmental controls, water systems, project re-validations, and equipment performance qualifications.- Coordinate cross-functional teamwork with engineering, quality, operations, services, and regulatory teams to deliver successful validation outcomes within expected timelines.**Required Qualifications**- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Pharmaceutical Chemistry, or related field.- 3+ years of experience in validation or similar operations.- Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.- Proficiency using Google Workspace, Six Sigma methodologies, SAP, Opera, and Quality Management Systems.- Strong knowledge of validation principles and practices.- Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).**Desired Qualifications**- Experience with Kneat or similar validation management platforms.- Knowledge of process engineering.- Excellent time management, teamwork, and influencing skills.**Our Commitment to Inclusion**Our journey begins with our people—developing strong talent with diverse backgrounds and perspectives to best serve our consumers around the world and fostering an inclusive environment where everyone feels a true sense of belonging.
