Parker has increased its annual dividends paid to shareholders for 63 consecutive fiscal years, among the top five longest-running dividend-increase records in the S&P 500 index.**Position Summary**Ensure the maintenance of facilities as well as the service to internal and external customers, the fair treatment of service providers, in addition to good financial performance and profitable growth through good practices of budget management and reductions in operation and maintenance costs, using continuous improvement and problem-solving tools. Responsible for employee safety and the conservation of natural resources. Ensure compliance with state and federal standards in the country.**Responsibilities**- Lead the maintenance of facilities, as well as in the main projects. Examine and evaluates the progress of the work continuously using the company's programs.- Ensure that the facility complies with all local, state, federal and corporate regulations or requirements, as well as the requirements of STPS, Semarnat, ISO 14001, working together safely.- Responsible for the design and construction activities of all facilities renovations and improvements.- Manage, justify and provide the material, equipment, supplies, budget and personnel needs to meet or regularly exceed expectations.- Responsible for maintaining budgets for the Facilities Maintenance Department.- Maintain records to review reports and data on the cost of work performance, material used, and labor expenses.** Qualifications****Qualifications**:- Architect/ Civil Industrial Engineer/Construction Engineer- Leadership- Teamwork- Customer Service- Project Management- Effective communication (English and Spanish)- Innovation- Supplier Management- Responsibility for Personnel Supervision- Travel - 40%** Language Tags
