**Objective**: Build program infrastructure to support Corporate MKT programs.**Tasks**: Control and monitoring of activities for Corporate MKT- Assist the BPS Marketing area in the implementation of short-and medium-term strategies- Coordination of end-user-focused events in the SMB and Enterprise segments- Track SOW signatures- PO approval follow-up- Invoice review- Event proposal documentation- Sort / document execution information end to end- Event closure, POE, Recap, etc.- Coordinate the process of generating, monitoring, controlling, and assigning leads with the sales and trackingteam of leads/opportunities in CRM- Control of the MKT Welcome Center in WeWork- In the matter of digital and face-to-face activities:- Document the media plan, Flow or event proposal, arts (visual) in the Teams "Commercial PSMarketingMexico" and OneNote of the area.- Tracking the request in the alliance portal for approval- Follow-up to the approval of the PO- Take minutes of meetings / calls in the Teams Planner "Commercial PS Marketing Mexico"- Follow up on the approval of materials sent to Alliance Partners for their prompt approval- Send POE of activities to Alliance Partners and Marketing Docs in a timely manner- Correct use and placement of HP guidelines and Alliances, attend training, take calls.- Monitor the creation and leverage of content in infographics, landing pages, etc.- Keep a project calendar and ensure compliance with deadlines and update information**Salary**: $25,000.00 per month**Language**:- English (required)
