Organizational skills are your forte, too.**Key Activities**:- Build strong partnership with our Professional Services delivery leaders and team members Proactively spot forecasted bench time for consultants and work to ensure that the practice team are identified for the right opportunities- Lead weekly reviews with Professional Services and Sales leadership to plan consultant assignments, review books, work through conflicts and identify opportunities for consultants Monitor service opportunity pipeline to anticipate upcoming projects and future resource needs Initial project creation and validation of service and resource needs Resource assignment for all project roles in collaboration with Professional Services leads and project managers through weekly resource meetings and on-going communications and resource needs. Maintain visibility to resource capacity and demand forecasts identifying constraints and facilitating conflict resolution to support business priorities- Update Resource Records timely for all newly hired and departing Avertium Full Time Employees and Contractors Update and maintain skillsets for all Avertium Consultants and Contractors to ensure accurate placement of resources on projects Mitigation resource concerns by recommending appropriate reallocation of resources or assigning additional staff Supporting time management to ensure projects accurately reflect resource work and forecasts- Support the management and optimization of PS resource utilization numbers, identifyingpotential instances of underutilized resources and working with the delivery leads as needed- Monitor resource assignments and timesheet data to ensure and improve accuracy of forecast- Seek opportunities to optimize the Resource Management function and support overall Professional Services process improvement initiatives**Required Qualifications**:- 3-5 years resource management experience, ideally at a technology company or relevant consultancy- Experience working with a Professional Services Automation tool a plus, Certinia preferred Effective, clear and concise communication skills, verbal and written- Outstanding interpersonal and influence skills- Strong conflict resolution and problem-solving skills, with the ability to confidently negotiate across multiple stakeholder groups and competing priorities- Detail-oriented with a knock for organization and process improvementIn addition to a career in the challenging world of computer and network security, Avertium offers competitive salaries, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
