Resource Manager

We allow our team members to build from the ground up and make an impact across the organization.**_What You Will Do:_**- Assign available employees to projects in accordance with their skillsets, previous experience, and availability.- Monitor day-to-day project activities and corresponding resource bookings and availability.- Monitor employees' workload, utilization, and overtime hours.- Manage resource conflicts and work with talent acquisition team to ensure recruitment of needed skillsets.- Provide support and recommendations to leadership when it comes to resource management issues or improving resource management processes.- Analysis of current and upcoming projects to plan resourcing accordingly.- Documenting processes and reports (ex: weekly utilization report)**_Your knowledge, skills, and abilities: _**- Bachelor's degree in human resource management, business, management, or similar field preferred- 2+ years previous experience as a project/resource/HR manager in professional services, bonus if cybersecurity related experience- Ability to use and master technology tools (Excel, HubSpot, Kantata, ClickUp)- Critical thinking, analytical, and forecasting skills- Conflict resolution and problem solving skills- Interpersonal communication skills- ability to adapt communication style based on situation, ability to be diplomatic and stand one's ground when needed- Authorized to work in Mexico- Fluent in English both written and spoken, **only English resumes will be accepted.****_Why Echelon? _**We are committed to creating an inclusive environment for our team with unquestioned integrity.
